My name is Becky Perdaems, and I’m proud to own and operate Caring Transitions of North Dakota SW, serving the communities of Bismarck, Dickinson, and surrounding areas. As a lifelong caregiver and someone who has always been passionate about helping others, this business is both a professional dream and a personal calling.

Throughout my life, I’ve worn many hats—stay-at-home mom, teacher, and team leader for an online brand. At every stage, I’ve found fulfillment in supporting others, whether it was guiding a classroom, raising my five children, or mentoring a team. As I reached a new chapter at age 50, I knew I wanted to pursue something that would allow me to build a stable future for my family while also making a positive difference in my community.

Caring Transitions was the perfect fit. In North Dakota, we are a close-knit community that values taking care of one another. But with a growing senior population and fewer young people staying in the area, the need for compassionate, reliable support has never been greater. Through Caring Transitions, I aim to meet that need, providing services that help seniors and their families navigate downsizing, estate cleanouts, relocations, and more with dignity and care.
